Position: Security - Dissemination Policy Resolution (SIGINT) Opening #504
Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI + Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
Location: Hawaii
Responsibilities
- Must be capable of processing multi-discipline intelligence to generate fused production, indications & warning; and other threat analysis.
- Familiar with NSA’s cross-directorate initiative to optimize SIGINT support for the warfighter and its mission to improve the customer service role as a Combat Support Agency (CSA);
- Partner with DoD services to drive common architecture/data standards and products which will enable scaling of SIGINT support to the Warfighter
- Perform gaps analysis to understand current Combat Support Agency roles and make recommendations on forward growth path to align with Warfighter needs
- Understand and be able to document CCMD requirements of SIGINT Systems; work closely and collaboratively with government, other government contractors, and IC staff to develop effective solutions to advanced and challenging problems operating in modernization of Combat Support
- Deliver technical advice and guidance on Sponsor strategies and policies to deliver high-impact solutions in support of classified DoD and IC missions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Signals Intelligence with SIGINT policy experience; must be familiar with the data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting; must understand theater policies and procedures as they apply to conducting A-STG/APG operations
- Extensive experience analyzing and integrating data into SIGINT databases
- Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
