The Role

As a Content Manager, your role is to completely compliment and support the development of creative, engaging, culturally relevant Arabic specific content for Saal Education Platform, in a time and budget efficient manner

Key Responsibilities

You will support the Head of Product Management and the broader organization by:

  • Lead the design, development and revision of Arabic content based on specific learning objectives, ensuring content is aligned with the local context and culture to meet the needs of students of the Military Education
  • Plan, prepare and deliver digitally-based instructional activities and materials based on approved curriculum standards and models
  • Support team initiatives effectively, collaborating on timelines and quality standards to enable effective results and on time deliverables
  • Consult on questions, problems, and ideas related to all Arabic based with Content Team as requested by Head of Products
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Products

 

Key Experience/ Skills

  • Advanced degree related to Education and Arabic Language
  • Minimum 3 years teaching Arabic to native and non-native speakers
  • Minimum 1-year leading teachers in the development of content/curriculum strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English language
  • Experience in producing digital curriculum documents
  • Knowledge of processes and standards for planning and implementing instructional design and development
  • Experience producing e-content (portfolio of work) preferred
  • Previous experience in implementing various Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Knowledge of digital curriculum design practices required

 

Desired Experience / Skills

  • Experience in the development of content/curriculum for Military Education Institutes/Establishments will be strongly preferred
  • Design and develop processes, activities, and documents to support understanding and problem solving for learning objectives
  • Collaboratively support the measurement, maintenance, and reporting of key performance metrics, recognizing successes and proactively contributing to problem solving to ensure deliverable deadlines and quality are consistently achieved
