About the Role:  

  • Take part in building the future of homecare software. Delivering over 500,000 episodes of care per month across three continents, the applications you build will literally be in caregivers’ hands as they’re visiting clients in the places they call home.

A day in the life:

  • Reporting to an Engineering Manager you’ll help build our data experience products and provide our customers with insight into their business to improve care outcomes
  • Provide mentoring and support to your development team, to help the people around you be the best they can be
  • Contribute to the architectural evolution of our Data products
  • Coordinate with other staff developers on the overall direction of our product suite and improving the standards of software development within Engineering

What you bring to the team:

  • 6+ experience in agile software development 
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and SaaS product development
  • Development experience with Python and postgreSQL
  • Strong communication skills
  • A mindset encouraging transparency, accountability, and trust among their team and stakeholders
  • Nice to have: practical experience with Snowflake, Looker, and related data BI technologies and tools
