About the role:

The ATA candidate needs to have a technical background or demonstrated technical savviness, preferably with software/project implementation exposure and understanding (agile methodologies, ticket systems, working with cross functional teams etc.,). A highly effective candidate should be comfortable prioritizing, planning, executing and documenting daily tasks: change requests, issues, technical requirements, test cases, etc.

 

What you’ll own and accomplish.

  • Collaborating on the daily tasks: change requests in configuration panel, documentation, test scripts
  • Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understand the business requirements and translating  them into technical language and Aktana’s own configuration via Configuration Panel
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test and deploy the system configuration.
  • Reviewing and provide operational analysis on the deployed solutions’ performance

  • Successful and timely completion of tasks, such as: documentation updates, change requests, test scripts, operational analysis.

Technical Skills and experience:

  • 2+ years database development and architecture experience in a production environment supporting large data platforms.
  • Strong experience of data modelling, schema design, and stored procedures
  • Strong experience on SQL, Procedural SQL including programming and ways to optimize SQL code in one of RDBMS environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of RDBMS clusters and replication with one of RDBMS systems: MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle

  • Experience working in business process modelling, process diagramming, and use case mapping
  • Experience at documenting business and functional design, including test scripts to support validation
  • Writing requirement skills  in different formats and for different internal and external stakeholders
  • Worked with data and analytical tools
  • Good understanding of Salesforce/Veeva/OCE data models and pharma use cases

 

Education

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields and/or equivalent work experience.
