  • As the first contact person, you will welcome our colleagues and guests, coordinate external service providers and liaise with the building administration 
  • You manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels, and the office supplies
  • You are born to organize the office and make it a comfortable workplace for everyone; safety at work is extremely important for you.  
  • Assist your colleagues from the onboarding onwards and help them out with their requests: sudden necessities makes your creativity stand out
  • You will assist our Senior Office Manager in a variety of tasks from administrative deeds to the creation of fantastic parties



  • You have previous experiences in similar positions. 
  • Strong planning, organization and time management skills
  • Hands-on mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail, all while multitasking
  • Daily interaction with people is essential to you and your positive attitude is contagious
  • You can communicate fluently in German and English
  • You have to be willing to work at the office the whole time.
