Aklamio is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to support the newly hired Head of Marketing, and establish an operations center of excellence, providing the technology, processes, and best practices to optimize marketing campaign performance. You will focus primarily on the execution of marketing campaigns and oversee the automation process including campaign creation, nurturing, scoring, and distribution. YOUR MISSION

  • Being a Pardot/Marketo technical “power user” for the rest of the organization
  • Ensure marketing processes are fully adopted and that our automation systems integrate and synchronize with our CRM systems
  • Build and manage a content calendar that is designed to attract a targeted audience (blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Build and maintain best-practice templates for ease of use and streamlining of builds for emails, forms, landing pages, and segments
  • Enable reporting to analyze the effectiveness of our email campaigns and nurture programs
  • Synthesize data to continually monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Interpret analyses on campaign performance to drive recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Document operations processes and ensure all training documentation is recent and relevant
  • Support us with all things MarTech

YOUR SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting campaign deployment and optimization using the latest marketing techniques and technology (preferably for a SaaS company)
  • Salesforce and Pardot (or Marketo) proven working knowledge/certification required
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign planning, execution, Q&A testing, and conversion metrics
  • Ability to build relationships working in a cross-functional global environment
  • Demonstrates analytical capabilities by translating marketing data into insights through storytelling that drive impactful and measurable change
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, tech savviness and problem-solving skills required
  • Hands-on, strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Added bonuses: Digital marketing knowledge: web tracking, Google Analytics, Google Console, LinkedIn, Knowledge of Tableau, and Excel advanced user
