As a Pre Sales Manager  at Aklamio, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Team to ensure successful closure of the sales process with our Enterprise Prospects in the Telco, Energy, Insurance and Finance Sectors.

  • Coordinate with the Head of Sales on strategic planning and internal processes
  • Maintain oversight of sales operations activities, CRM, deliverables and timelines
  • Work closely with Sales Team, Sales Engineers, Legal and Partner Success Management to identify problems or risks early and ensure cross-team aligned approach
  • Develop and establish new cross-team strategies and processes that contribute to higher productivity and efficiency
  • Prepare high-quality partner presentation and sales materials in cooperation with the Sales Team
  • Understand customer product requirements and elaborate possible solutions together with the Sales Tech Team
  • Coordinate partner contract creation, amendments and tender process documentation in cooperation with the Legal and Sales Tech Team 
  • Support and coordinate end-to-end sales cycle



  • A minimum of 2 years of Pre Sales experience
  • Background in digital business or online marketing. SAAS previous experiences are considered a big plus
  • Experience in enterprise contract negotiation
  • Experience in RFP/Tender processes and applications
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with international teams
  • Excellent communication English. German or any other language would be a plus
  • Proficiency with the whole Office Suite
  • Experience  working with Salesforce or similar tool would be a plus
