Aklamio is looking for a IT Administrator that will help our internal team run our networking systems smoothly and efficiently . You will work with our Senior IT- Administrator and Head of Technology to modernize the system for the future as the company grows.

YOUR MISSION

As part of our small IT administrative team, you will assist our Senior IT Administrator to further develop our networking systems, and installations
You will onboard our new employees with their Macbook/ Windows processes, and workstations (in the office and virtually)
Once you are familiar with the system, you join the on-call rotation
Conduct and handle VPN/ VLAN setups
Be the go to person for first level employee support for hardware, software and access problems across the company
Manage aklamio’s third party, hardware, software systems
Help setup accounts (ex: Slack, Google Workspace) and grant permissions
Comfortable to be a person of contact and not afraid to build processes and make them run smoothly

YOUR SKILLS

You proudly have 2- 5 years experience working in IT and network administration (Startups, would be a plus!)
Great understanding of Linux systems
You enjoy working with Macbooks and setting up its hardware as well as Jamf (a majority of our company has a Mac)
Excellent communication skills in English (German would be an advantage) as well as having a empathetic and employee- oriented attitude
Thorough knowledge of the Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Know and like working with AWS
Have 3-4 years experience with knowing routers implemented in VPN as well as VLAN
Experience installing and working with Adobe, Ubiquiti and OneLogin software solutions
Familiar with TCP/ IP architecture
