As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle all requests related to referrals, user account and general assistance. You will make sure we we always have an open ear, so that we can not only help professionally, but also humanly.

YOUR MISSION

  • You are the first contact person for our users and handle all customer's requests in a friendly and competent way via email or phone (inbound)
  • You are responsible for ensuring the user's satisfaction by identifying and solving the user's inquiries as well as by communicating with internal departments
  • You handle the follow-up support process in cooperation with the Aklamio B2B partners
  • As part of the customer support team, you assist with the continuous improvement of internal processes

 
YOUR SKILLS

  • You have 1-2 years of professional work experience in the field of B2C Customer Support
  • You have excellent knowledge of English and German
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you enjoy to deal with customers
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar communication tool is required
