A Snapshot

Working with the Head of ICT Operations across critical Corporate and ICT Data Centre application and technology stack, you’ll make your mark in a number of ways:

  • Manage day to day ITSM governance and uplift of our incumbent ICT vendors, inclusive of driving contractual uplifts.
  • Co-develop Service Management and Service Delivery strategy and best practice across ICT and ensure successful implementation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members- build a followership!

Your Day to Day 

  • In collaboration with the Head of ICT Operations work to develop and implement strategies for IT Services aligned with organisational goals.
  • Proficiently manage ICT vendors as well as demonstratable experience in managing vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, end-to-end vendor contract management and, negotiating uplifts.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) best practices across ICT and ICT Vendors, and Business stakeholders
  • Provide guidance, coaching, development and mentorship to team members and peers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders and gather feedback to improve ICT services.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and service enhancement and drive continuous improvement initiatives within ICT.
  • Coordinate ICT Operations and Data Centre Operations counterparts in resolving Incidents, focus effort, identify, and prioritise needs
  • Facilitate the diagnoses of service issues, including Post Incident Reviews, root cause analysis, capability restrains and co-ordinate actions to resolve and/or improve.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT service delivery processes and procedures, and ensure it remains fit for purpose and current.
  • Ensuring adherence and alignment to AirTrunk’s ICT policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficiency and 5+ years of experience in ITSM and ITIL.
  • Vendor management and contractual negotiation, commercial acumen is a must.
  • Bachelor of Information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstratable experience in building service management/service delivery strategy.
  • Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and Japan.
  • Experience in an equivalent role a bonus.
  • Experience in Data Centre ICT and/or Operations favourable.
