Airtime Talent Team:

The recruiting team at Airtime is growing and there’s a lot of room for impact. We are currently utilizing external resources to maintain a healthy recruiting pipeline. 

Recruiting requires equal parts of technical savvy, administrative proficiency, effective communication skills, and intuition to develop strategies to attract top talent.  Our technical recruiter/sourcer/scheduler role is critical to our AirTeam’s growth and continued success. We are scaling our teams and looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and passionate about recruiting.  What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting primarily focused on technical teams including but not limited to Engineering, Product and Design with the ability to be flexible depending on business needs
  • Manage talent acquisition strategy from prospect funnel, applicant funnel, employee referrals, candidate screening and interviewing that results in presenting a cadre of candidates to hiring team for consideration
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Provide guidance, cultivate and maintain an ongoing strong working relationship with hiring managers and HR to facilitate workforce planning strategies and create a partnership that ensures acquisition of top talent in a fast and efficient  hiring process
  • Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and ultimately sign top candidates
  • Oversee external recruiting agencies and collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on a regular cadence to evaluate the overall effectiveness of recruiting programs and campaigns
  • Enhance, manage and promote our career branding and marketing efforts
  • Identify key recruiting sources (including off site recruitment events, career posting sites, career fairs) that align best with Airtime’s staffing needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of successful technical recruiting experience demonstrating innovation, detail orientation, and accuracy in a fast-paced or start-up environment
  • 2+ years of in-house experience working with technical hiring managers in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets
  • Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles
  • Aptitude in full pipeline management: sourcing, recruiting and closing candidates at all levels 
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with all parties including internal/external recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
  • Creative, strategic and a continuous drive for improvement
  • Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

Preferred skills:

  • A self-organized, highly focused and savvy recruiter with the latest recruiting software knowledge; experience with the Greenhouse ATS
  • Demonstrated proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, and Indeed with a focus on features, campaigns and prospecting
  • Prior experience scaling early-stage companies with multiple locations and teams
  • A good network across the tech community
