You will work closely with our sales team to ensure the quality and efficiency of crucial sales-oriented activities as well as representing Airtame toward a very diverse and exciting customer base. An individual with a knack for staying organized and strong time management skills would be a strong candidate for this role.


Your responsibilities will include supporting our European sales team in their work and include tasks such as:

  • Carry out product demonstrations via Zoom.
  • Source and make the first contact with potential inbound and outbound leads.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop creative and constructive ideas, methods, and procedures to execute various sales operations.
  • Assist with keeping reports, Salesforce data, and sheets up to date.
  • Provide support to our sales team when they are running campaigns and other projects.
  • Take meeting minutes and write up summaries. 
  • Maintain our sales templates.
  • Various ad-hoc administrative tasks.


  • You are currently studying, e.g., business administration, logistics, sales, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • You have at least one year left of your studies.
  • You have a genuine interest in sales and operations.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and multitasking comes naturally to you.
  • Self-starter - you know when to trust your instincts and when to ask for help.
  • Team player that thrives in team settings and enjoys helping others.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate across the organisation and with customers.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to act on areas that need improvement.

  • Experience using CRM systems.

  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish language.
