The Cloud Infrastructure Team at Airtable provides the company with the fundamental capabilities and systems for the cloud providers on which all of our products run. Our priorities are to continuously improve our reliability and security while addressing the challenges of scale and engineering velocity. All of these are important components to the success of our products.
We are seeking our first Technical Program Manager at Airtable to partner with our infrastructure engineering teams in building and running initiatives critical to driving operational excellence, and to help build the Technical Program Management practice.
What you'll do
Own and drive infrastructure and reliability initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
Communicate and build trusting partnerships with stakeholders across engineering.
Organize and maintain the team’s project management process and provide mechanisms to empower the team to effectively prioritize and communicate.
Help define and drive outcomes working through ambiguity and overcoming obstacles.
As our first TPM, establish TPM practices and processes that Airtable can leverage for growth.
Who you are
A Technical Program Manager with experience running multiple infrastructure and operations related projects at varying scale and complexity levels.
Experience in establishing TPM fundamentals and mentoring others in their application.
Passionate about creating and owning new processes.
2+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role.
Previous background in a technical field in SWE, SRE, or related infrastructure engineering.
