What you’ll do

  • Develop and own critical reporting and dashboards that provide transparency into the business
  • Define and operationalize key financial and operating metrics for continuous measurement and reporting
  • Collect, sanitize, analyze, and synthesize data to drive insights in key areas of exploration
  • Conduct research to answer strategic questions
  • Develop a rigorous and detailed understanding of both our long term strategy as well as our core product and financial metrics
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison, thought partner, and execution partner to leads of Airtable’s Data, Product, Engineering, Customer Engagement, and Marketing teams

Who you are

  • You have 10+ years of total work experience including 5+ in SaaS with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative experience
  • You have background or prior experience in business insights, analytics, corporate strategy, operations, or consulting roles
  • You have strong business acumen and an ability to approach complex business problems in a structured way to drive rapidly towards insight
  • You're an intellectually curious, data-driven and a self-starter; you have willingness to dive deep into the detail with the ability to identify and voice trends and insights 
  • You have experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large data sets and experience with Mode
  • You work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • You are self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently, consider all stakeholder needs, and thrive in ambiguity
