What you’ll be doing

  • Understand customer needs and give feedback to product team
  • Onboard new customers and create a playbook for a delightful experience with Airspeed
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the team
  • Keep customers informed of new product features
  • Build and own customer business reviews and success plans

Who you are

  • 3+ years experience of high achievement in a CSM role
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and organized 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of SaaS software fundamentals
  • Quick learner
