At Aineko, our mission is to give developers super powers. We are building the platform for engineering teams looking to scale the next wave of innovative applications. Aineko unlocks developer potential and enables teams to go from proof of concept to planet scale faster than ever.

We help engineering teams at a growing number of startups build data-intensive backends that power their products. They use our open source framework to simplify development of real-time inference, interactive multi-user systems, and always-fresh APIs. Our platform currently allows the teams we support to deploy with ease and conduct day 2 operations, and we’re looking to build new features that make the developer experience radically simpler. We’re seeking a product-minded frontend engineer with a deep empathy for the developer experience to join us on this journey!

What You’ll Do

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll...

Lead or contribute to new features that enhance the user experience and capabilities of the Aineko platform. Examples of this include debugging tools that account for the nuances of live data or CI/CD workflows that automate application testing on live data.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and APIs that power the Aineko platform.

Implement front-end user interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks. Our tech stack includes technologies such as: AWS, Docker, Kafka, Python, and Next.js

Adopt and influence Aineko’s design system.

Improve development workflows for engineering and operational efficiency. For example better automation around user onboarding or improvements to our CI/CD process.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure the Aineko platform delivers on its promise of giving engineering teams super powers.

Learn continuously and master the latest technologies, so that we remain ahead of the innovation curve.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
