About the team:

Our China Brand Marketing team based in Shanghai is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven person to join us. We are the dedicated team focused on China brand marketing foundation and campaign, user research and insights deep dive, WeChat ecosystem operations and strategy. We are focused on incubating and delivering new projects related to WeChat mini program this year. This is an operations-focused role which will act as a bridge between brand team & agency and got exposure to communicate with product team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior Innovation Manager to own and drive campaign product innovation for growth.
  • Responsible for seasonal promotion calendar. Execute promotional campaigns from end to end: hotel sourcing, hotel research, media outreach, media content creation, media communication and clipping, campaign performance report, etc.
  • Work closely with teams across functions including product, analytics, PS, brand marketing, and performance marketing to direct and implement regular integrated campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, experience in marketing is preferred (e.g. digital marketing, project coordination or communication) 
  • Details oriented and logical thinking
  • Proficient computer skills and a technical skill set 
  • Strong problem-solving proficiencies 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Guarantee at least 3 days per week and 3-6 month working period
