About the team:

Our China Brand Marketing team based in Shanghai is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven person to join us. We are the dedicated team focused on China brand marketing foundation and campaign, user research and insights deep dive, WeChat ecosystem operations and strategy. We are focused on incubating and delivering new projects related to WeChat mini program this year. This is an operations-focused role which will act as a bridge between brand team & agency and got exposure to communicate with product team.

About the role:

As a brand marketing team intern, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Mini Program operations, marketing campaign initiatives, and reports preparation.  The individual is required to support agency liaise and coordinate with brand team initiated or assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist in brand marketing activities and daily operations 
  • Together with the team ideate, develop and execute value-driven marketing initiatives 
  • Responsibility of mini program and WeChat official account analysis and review
  • Responsible for the reporting on the support activities and channel
  • Support the team with internal requests for campaign onboarding
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative requests and operational tasks
  • Maintain high level of usage of internal tools

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, experience in marketing is preferred (e.g. digital marketing, project coordination or communication) 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and WeChat ecosystem
  • Details oriented and logical thinking
  • Proficient computer skills and a technical skill set 
  • Strong problem-solving proficiencies 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Guarantee at least 3 days per week and 3-6 month working period
