The Talent Management (senior) Analyst will be responsible for pushing the limits of what we can do with our data to drive insights and recommendations to improve the overall employee experience in the Customer Experience Group and provide insightful and actionable data to our people managers.

We’re big on data driven decision making, and we’re always looking for new information to integrate into our knowledge base. The ideal candidate will proactively seek out value by analyzing our current data-sets and look to enrich our data assets to offer more value to our leaders and employees.
We’re still at the beginning of our journey so there is a lot of room for experimentation and to work on solving interesting problems and creating a best in class data service.



  • Data visualization – creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports, to turn complex data from varying sources and formats into informative and actionable insights
  • Data analytics – analyze people & performance trends, conduct analyses of a variety of our data sets and translate into actionable dashboards (Tableau) and insights
  • Provide analytical support to the Customer Experience Group`s People function and People Managers, identify the data that is required by different stakeholders
  • Automation and efficiency – streamline reports, processes, and procedures, and implement best-practices;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data quality practices including methodologies, measurements, and processes
  • Data quality monitoring – ensure data sources are reliable and relevant for the team’s purposes
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams on changes to/integration of additional sources of data
  • Foster strong relationships with business units by establishing a culture of support and shared accountability within the team, help communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings

  • 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst, strong Business Intelligence/data visualization experience preferably in the field of HR
  • Bachelor’s in a quantitative, data, or development
  • Experience with BI/reporting software – Tableau in particular
  • Expert Excel user: ability to understand and build complex spreadsheets; ability to efficiently extract data from large and complex database
  • Experience working with relational databases (MSSQL, Postgress, MySQL, etc…) 
  • Experience working with SaaS (Workday, Greenhouse.io) platforms and APIs in any programming language (Python, C#, Java, etc.…)
  • Quick learner, proactive/forthcoming attitude, problem-solving aptitude, effective prioritization, attention to detail
  • Strong “story-teller” that can communicate insights and recommendations effectively
  • Excellent problem solving and comprehension skills as well as strong business sense
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate with people of differing levels of seniority and analytical understanding
  • High level of organization: ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

 Very good to have:
• Any experience with big data technologies / tools
• A good understanding of data architecture principles
• Any experience in Computer Olympiad (IOI) camp, ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM ICPC) competition is a plus
