As CEG continues to grow, we realize the need for stronger instructional design processes and practices in order to gain operational efficiencies and deliver top-quality customer care.

The eLearning Developer would help champion CEG-wide employee development through the creation, and enhancement of eLearning solutions that will address the organization’s needs.

This individual contributor role will be based in our Bangkok office and reporting to the Senior L&D Manager.

Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • eLearning Course Development:
  • Develop eLearning courses using a variety of authoring tools and based on previously created storyboards
  • Create visual design elements as logos, images, and illustrations to help deliver the eLearning content in a creative way
  • Consult the Instructional Designer on the best ways to implement the ideas mentioned in the storyboard
  • Advise on ways to enhance learner’s interactivity and engagement
  • Edit video and audio segments
  • QA the developed courses to ensure that the content, media, graphics and interface all work seamlessly
  • Monitor and evaluate the learners’ feedback and interaction with the developed eLearning courses and improve accordingly
  • Interact with the Instructional Designer, L&D staff, Operations, and other support teams within CEG
  • eLearning Practice:
  • Manage the current eLearning development practice as well as create and encourage new practices
  • Create easy-to-use eLearning templates that would save development time
  • Train L&D staff in eLearning development
  • Act as a mediator to answer the queries of the staff about eLearning development
  • Suggest other learning tools and software that would enhance the development process and output

Knowledge and Experience

  • In-depth, hands-on experience in eLearning development using different authoring tools; preferably Articulate Storyline 3, Storyline 360 and Camtasia
  • Advanced graphic design experience using a variety of graphic design tools
  • Video and audio editing (Advanced)
  • Instructional design knowledge (Intermediate)
  • Graphic design experience (Intermediate)
  • LMS experience (Basic)
