THE ROLE

Key responsibilities
The Service Improvement and Transition Manager is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will ensure that project changes are implemented with minimal disruption to service customers and BAU support.

Specific duties
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:
•    Ensuring each project engagement has a fit for purpose BIS plan  
•    Reviewing & approving solution designs for support considerations 
•    Creating service definition documents that contain clear and unambiguous information on how the product is supported, when and and by whom.  
•    Co-ordinating knowledge transfer sessions between project and support teams  
•    Estimating and measuring support impact of new project delivery on support teams 
•    Maintain the Service catalog 
•    Actively participate in Service Improvement and Transition practice for Agilisys and clients 
•    Manage the Continual Service improvement meetings and plan, iterating and improving how we record and complete CSI tasks 
•    Promote a Continual Service improvement mindset   
•    Share and adopt good practice in service transition and improvement across the Agilisys organisation. 
•    Identify, implement and complete Service improvement initiatives.

•    ITIL Foundation  
•    Experience of project management skills and techniques  
•    Understanding of IT Support & Operations, technology, processes challenges and opportunities  
•    Teamwork, co-operation, flexibility and a willingness to challenge.  
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
