Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients in defining, developing and delivering their strategy through all stages of implementation, including developing business cases and roadmaps for transformation
  • Developing and ensuring delivery of multiple projects and working on high impact, complex and challenging programmes
  • Structuring and leading project work streams to meet and exceed client objectives and expectations
  • Having a forward-thinking approach to supporting Transformation Partners
  • Demonstrate innovative solutioning and alternative ideas to a variety of problems
  • Representing Agilisys to clients and is a role model displaying integrity, innovation and passion
  • Quickly developing a sound knowledge of the relevant work area/client
  • Understanding business issues within the scope of any assignment
  • Dealing with managers and staff at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships to achieve agreed objectives

 

Role Objectives

Our Consultants would join any of our project delivery teams to support our clients to identify and/or deliver their business change requirements, though the application of a range of business analysis techniques. We are continually looking to grow our pool of Consultants and our partners who manage the Digital Transformation division are personally committed to acquiring, developing and rewarding talent. Seeking those who are interested in developing new skills within Change Management practice.

  • Experience in Bid writing and proposition development
  • Mentoring junior members of staff - Delivering high-quality content at pace
  • Translating complex strategies into tangible actions
  • Building trust with clients
  • Exposure to change management; knowledge of change management techniques is an advantage
  • A good understanding and experience of our clients’ markets and challenges
  • A passion for achieving business transformation; the ability to energise and excite those you work with Initiative; the ability to work flexibly in a team, working comfortably without direct supervision
  • Articulate and clear in communications to mixed audiences- in writing, through presentations and one to one
  • Personal accountability - enthusiasm to develop your own projects and take ownership
  • Calm and adaptable in the face of ambiguity and in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment
  • You must be comfortable with the consulting lifestyle and be willing to travel
