Sales lead – NHS & Health

You are a highly motivated, self-starting, individual contributor who will be joining a growing, results focussed, dynamic Sales and Marketing team that will be at the forefront of the Agilisys go to market strategy, building relationships, creating opportunities and closing sales.
You will report into our Health Sales Leader, and work closely with our Sales & Marketing Director, Subject Matter Experts, Service Line MDs and leadership across the Blenheim Chalcot Group (venture builder organisation affiliated with Agilisys) to deliver against the exciting strategic business growth plan for the Health sector.
We are looking for a high performing sales professional with particular experience in Healthcare and the NHS.
This is a new business, field-based role, managing and growing new relationships and selling directly to new target customers across the NHS and private Healthcare clients.
You will need to build strong relationships within the Sales and Marketing function and with Managed Services and Consulting delivery teams. You will be selling the entire portfolio of IT services, including Cloud services (including hybrid, Azure and AWS), Remote Process Automation solutions, End User Computing, IT Service Management propositions, Digital Transformation (ERP, Customer Experience etc) and Managed Services.
You will ideally have experience of generating, nurturing and closing your own opportunities through your own sales efforts as well as experience of working with Inside Sales and Marketing teams to build campaigns and harness the power of the wider organisation. A consistent record of successful and smart selling in this complex and changing business environment is desirable.
Experience of working in a “consultative” environment bridging client requirements and supplier capabilities is a must.
Knowledge of NHS procurements routes including OJEU and framework contracts is highly advantageous
We are looking for a high energy, inspirational, motivated self-starter used to working with short, medium and long sales cycles (typical Sales cycles vary between 3-12+ months). You will be required to manage the sales process through an often complex and detailed procurement process.
You will meet and exceed sales targets.
You will build a strong personal contact base within the NHS.
You will thrive on finding your own opportunities as well as working with Sales and Marketing lead generation campaigns.
You will develop and lead customer relationships ranging from CIO / CxO to architects and business users with an existing personal network at senior and influential level with the healthcare sector.
Understand the environment – the drivers and objectives of the NHS and Private Healthcare market.
Help to shape Agilisys propositions into offerings and solutions to meet our strategic goals. Match the Agilisys solution set to client needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
You will identify, drive and close opportunities within your agreed market area, working closely with pre-sales, bid management and sales support teams.
Responsible for selling the complete Agilisys solution portfolio including products and services.
You’ll be managing all forecasting and account/opportunity detail within SalesForce.com

Ability to work with senior stakeholders to think and act strategically to maximise success within sector
Demonstrable sales success with experience of meeting or exceeding assigned goals and targets ideally within the Health Sector.
Development of pipeline from lead generation to close through own initiatives and engagements with partners.
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and identifying & defining problem statements against which Agilisys can sell its services.
High level of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Available for travel daily across Agilisys and client sites, with travel to London once or twice a week.
