AgentSync is hiring a Lead Recruiter as we scale both our team and business this year. As a Lead Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers across our go-to-market teams including sales, customer success, marketing, and operations teams to find our next teammates, and support the process every step along the way.
What you’ll do:
Partner with leaders and hiring teams to deeply understand hiring needs, develop a hiring plan, and determine key focus areas
Source, review applications, pre-screen candidates, and support the candidate journey and interview experience
Coordinate team kickoff/debrief meetings, and facilitate alignment across hiring teams
Build scalable processes and workflows to provide an amazing candidate and interviewer experience
7+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience building and iterating on processes/programs that scale and provide a positive candidate experience
Experience and passion for building and managing a diverse pipeline
Curiosity and a data-driven mindset
Experience with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom, and Google Workspace
AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
$120,000 - $140,000
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity and bonus program.
