About the Role: We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our platform, which serves as the central hub for our content and is used by our brands and creators. As our platform evolves, we need a creative and detail-oriented designer who can translate our vision into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to shape the future of our platform and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate concepts and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and ensure that user-centric design principles are integrated into all aspects of the product.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and fidelity of design implementations.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and emerging trends in UX/UI design.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Web application development experience
