AGC is looking for a skilled Material Planner, who can be part of the planning and master data maintenance process and development.

About the Department

You will be a member of the CPH Supply Chain Planning department, consisting of five colleagues with main responsibility for: material planning, master data management, SCM reporting on projects and reconciliation for invoicing. The department is part of Supply Chain Management Copenhagen, which consist of more than 50 employees. We support all AGC production and collaborate closely with key stakeholders and external suppliers through the entire supply chain. We are working in an international and customer oriented way to secure fast and reliable support to our customers.

The Job

As a Material Planner, your key objective is to ensure that we are operating the planning processes in our systems in a harmonized manner, and that these operations aligns with other relevant processes internally. The overall function in the daily operation is to ensure production can move forward unhindered by providing clear and visible direction for material supply, and ensure maintenance of the material requirements. The position must be able to communicate expectations clearly with no ambiguity in terms of delivery plans to i.e. procurement and quality release.

To be successful in this role you will take ownership for providing accurate bill of materials, ensure high quality of master data maintenance, timely material planning, upfront invoicing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

You hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s of Science in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management or similar and have an interest of working with planning and master data in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication skills and a positive mind-set in order to interact with international internal- and external stakeholders. You take pride in consistently delivering high quality work, on time and in a pro-active way. On top of that, you are able to prioritize your assignments in a dynamic environment, where you constantly need to evaluate consequences and risks in the decision making.
You have solid IT skills – profound understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or Dynamics Axapta 2012 and super-user knowledge level of Excel. You have a structured way of working with data and your analytical skills enable you to focus on the aspects of relevance and see through the complexity within material planning.
