WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan, brief, and lead the integrated rollout of marketing initiatives, triangulating critical inputs across customer insights, business objectives, channel learnings and product claims, to clearly articulate the value to the customer and the business. This will include direct engagement with our Executive and Marketing Leadership, depending on project size, to align on strategy and roll-out.
  • Collaborate with Channel and Creative Leaders to bring the marketing ecosystem to life in the optimal way against project objectives, including writing Creative Briefs, mapping tactics to the integrated customer journey, and managing the customer-facing run of show.

This includes contributing to a culture of highly efficient creative production by providing prompts and customer-relevant considerations for the Creative team to ideate on.
  • Own and maintain the Integrated Marketing Calendar, ensuring that we’re leading through the customers experience of our Brand, and that all marketing activities align to a deeply considered, cohesive and relevant journey.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Comms teams to stay on the pulse of our customer and our category, identifying opportunities for the Brand to participate in cultural moments and be on the front-end of lasting trends.
  • Manage Director- and Senior Manager-level Integrated Marketing team members, ensuring precision, ingenuity and rigor is being brought to all projects, and managing the professional development of these team members.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership Team members and cross-functional Operations leaders to establish the core Integrated Marketing Processes, with specific focus on setting a very high communication standard around project goals, status, and performance.
  • Serve as a Member of the Brand/Creative Leadership team, along with fellow leaders in Creative, Operations/Production, Social and Content, to shape the overall team charter, team culture, and team building priorities.

  • A natural builder, who is comfortable and confident working with Executive and Marketing leadership teams to establish the Integrated Marketing practice and process, and can balance the headwinds of building something new with the shared ambition to introduce this function.
  • Experience or comfort in balancing the challenges of building a lifestyle brand while rapidly expanding customer base; ability to effectively manage tensions inherent in rapid growth.
  • Highly collaborative nature with ability to partner across multiple functions throughout a company.
  • Helpful teammate and listener interested in producing the best outcome for the good of the team.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible decision-making based on changing circumstances and feedback.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
