The role of Field Performance Manager is to guide the dealership through the growth and development of internal processes, data entry, and database management. The Field Performance Manager is able to diagnose issues at a dealership utilizing reporting and dashboards. Solutions to issues will be explained, demonstrated, and implemented with client approval.
Target Hiring Location: Southeast (Fort Lauderdale / Miami)
Position Responsibilities:
- Travel within assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers
- Maintain activity level of phone calls, emails, and scheduled meetings with GM’s or Principles in dealership to cover reports or address any concerns
- Track all activity in our Car Force database of dealers and team activities
- Work with the dealership to help generate revenue for the by integrating all the products the dealership has and use the database to manage into the dealer's culture
- Collaborate with the GM or Decision Maker and your Support team to institute the first steps toward growth, and develop a long-term plan
- Conduct on-going training, usage reporting, and updates on new features and products.
- Maintain files on each dealership with copies of Checklists for All products the dealership has
- Work with the dealership to help generate revenue for the by integrating all the products the dealership has and use the database to manage into the dealer's culture
- Post visits info and notes on LinkedIn
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience training/supporting software and services directly to Automotive Dealers
- Collaborative in nature and naturally fit into an extremely fast-paced environment
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Professional communication over the phone and in person
- Strong interpersonal soft skills (setting/managing expectations, conflict resolution, etc)
- Collaborative in nature and ability to consult cross-functionally with other departments
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to travel up to 80%
