Position Summary:

As a Software Onboarding Consultant at Affinitiv, this position will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our Fixed Operations and Variable Sales software solutions by new clients. This position will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process including gathering settings, configuring the software to meet the dealer’s specific needs, and providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to the Affinitiv software platform.   This role requires a combination of dealership expertise, project management skills, and client-facing communication abilities.  This position will consist of traveling to US automotive dealerships nationwide on a need to need basis.  TRAVEL IS REQUIRED

Position Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, serving as the primary point of contact and guiding them through each stage of implementation
  • Software Configuration: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and help configure Affinitiv's software solutions to meet their needs. This will include customization and may also include integration with existing systems, and data migration that will be overseen by this position
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients on how to use Affinitiv's software effectively. Develop customized training plans for each dealer and their product set, conduct virtual training sessions, and offer onsite training for certain products. This position will also support our clients for a short time before handing them off to their account representative to ensure clients are equipped to maximize the value of the platform
  • Project Management: Manage onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met, and deliverables are achieved according to client expectations. Coordinate with internal teams, such as the PMO Team, Integrations, Installers, QA, CSC Team and Customer Support, to address client needs and resolve issues
  • Relationship Management: From the time of contract, build strong relationships with each client, acting as an advisor on how to set up our products to best set up the client for success. It is very important to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience which will drive customer satisfaction
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features or updates to Affinitiv's software solutions. Provide feedback and recommendations for product enhancements based on client feedback and your own observations
  • Travel: This position could require travel up to 3 weeks of travel per month
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting roles, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Prior experience in a dealership, variable or fixed operations is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in software applications and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges
  • Basic understanding of DMS functionality and how it relates the dealerships process
  • Understanding of the internal workings of a dealership and the processes involved for strong ROI and Customer Satisfaction (CSI)
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
