As a LawPay Account Executive I, you will be part of a collaborative sales team, working with professionals nationwide to determine the best payment solution for their business. Our goal is the adoption of our payment technology within professional service markets. Unlike generic payment solutions that aim to serve all business types, our solution is designed specifically for law firms, with the tools and functionality that matter most to professionals in the legal industry. We are a consultative sales organization; we focus on the needs and problems of prospects and identify how our technology solutions can help them. As an Account Executive I, you will drive revenue and adoption. In addition, you will be responsible for growing your pipeline through inbound leads, outbound calls and referrals.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: from developing and nurturing relationships with clients, to negotiations and contracting.
- Become a solutions expert within our payment and software products.
- Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities through repeat business, referrals, references, networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow up communications, and product demonstrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of Affinipay products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics.
- Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution that only AffiniPay can provide.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of Affinipay’s products and services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and priorities of each client.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and revenue forecasts using Salesforce. Provide regular reports and updates to sales team management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and a unified approach to client management.
- Exceed performance standards for sales and new account goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Proficient with SalesForce
- Familiarity with Gong & Outreach or similar tools
- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience. Software experience preferred.
- Ability to handle transactional sales and keep the pipeline activity extremely organized
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
