AffiniPay is growing fast, and we are looking for a driven, extremely detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to assist with all aspects of the recruitment process. What You’ll Do:
- Assist the recruiting team in ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates from start to finish.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate phone screens and onsite interviews with efficiency and accuracy
- Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer.
- Greet candidates, make them feel welcome, and ensure on-site interviews go smoothly.
- Help maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks during the interview process
- Source candidates to recruiting team by reviewing resumes and reaching out to candidates on various job boards
- Post and renew job descriptions within our ATS and outside job boards
- Assist with planning and preparation of recruiting fairs and events
About You:
- You are extremely organized and detailed-oriented. You have the ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency.
- You are creative, entrepreneurial, and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.
- You have a passion for always maintaining a high quality candidate experience.
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator, with a seamless blend of professionalism and friendliness.
- You have the ability to connect and interact with different types of people.
Preferred Experience:
- You have 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR support role in the SaaS industry.
- You have experience working with various ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
