Affinidi empowers individuals and organisations with ownership and control of their verifiable data, to unlock value across borders and platforms.

Leveraging on the building blocks that Affinidi provides, trusted institutions and entities can issue verifiable credentials to customers, which can in turn be shared with other applications to access services in an open and interoperable ecosystem.

Currently undergoing development are three applications that leverage Affinidi’s technology: Safe Travel initiative, a digital medical credentials ecosystem to safely open up international air travel; Trustana, a curated B2B marketplace and trade platform connecting verifiable, international partners for seamless cross-border trade; and Good Worker, an online job matching platform for seasonal workers and employers in India.

Affinidi, along with the applications Trustana and Good Worker, are seeded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate, self-starter and problem-solver who is comfortable interacting with people. The role comes with the opportunity to put into practice multiple skillsets - stakeholder management, data analysis, critical problem solving and more importantly Talent Acquisition. Candidate should feel comfortable to communicate clearly and concisely across various business teams and all levels. 

You will enjoy high level of involvement throughout the recruitment process across all the different business functions and across geographies as we expand globally. At present, Affinidi has offices spanning across Singapore, Germany, India and Ukraine

What you'll do:

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn / Github)
  • Craft and send recruiting emails; Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and promote candidate referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Championing HR projects including but not limited to employment branding and being on the frontline for campus recruitment initiatives 
  • Screen resumes to determine fit for our offices in accordance with recruitment guidelines 
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Partners to understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with Talent Partners and recommend improvements that impacts pipeline areas
