Purpose of the job

The Client Support Officer is a new role within the Client Advisory & Solutions department (CA&S) of Anthos Fund and Asset Management. As part of the client team your focus will be on executing our business-as-usual processes and also look for improvements. You will be supportive and responsible to ensure all client related processes, workflows and documents are up to date. As CA&S member you will collaborate with most of our colleagues within operations and support departments, as well as the Investment Department colleagues.  

We are looking for someone with client focus and helps to execute this in practice. Someone who can organise, bring together, mobilise our colleagues and also embed this in our organisation. You have already gained experience in the asset management and client relationship world.

Key responsibilities

  • Day-to-day preparation of deliverables to clients, reporting and following up on CRM client request.
  • Supporting the department with client contracting, invoicing, execution of policies and product approval.
  • Monitoring of client processes, AO/IC, ISAE and workflows. Also assisting in continuous process improvements for future efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, having client perspective in mind. Daily contact with Investments, Operations & IT, Legal, Risk and compliance, and of course CA&S.

Experience and skills

  • Do-er and Self-starter with excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or other relevant education.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in asset management, in client relationship department
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) and Dutch is considered an advantage.

  • The preferred candidate is Client-centered and result-driven with great time management skills
