Role: Senior Account Director: Property Expert 

Location:  Buckinghamshire, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid x3 days a week in client office and in regions for key meetings)

 

ROLE MISSION

We are looking for a Property Enthusiast to build strong relationships with clients at a senior level, becoming a trusted and valued advisor. You’ll take overall financial control of the account, including profitability, accuracy of forecasting, late payment, as well as fee negotiation, providing regular and timely reports to the Group Account Director. 

  • Own the client relationships with key Group and Regional clients
  • Demonstrate impeccable knowledge about the property / residential sector  
  • Support regional client teams with marketing planning, applying residential expertise 
  • Lead by example and recruit, manage, motivate, mentor, develop, train and reward the team in line with agreed budgets 
  • Demonstrate an ability to add significant value to the development of all clients’ business by generating fresh thinking and relevant new ideas, ensuring the agency is always at the forefront of all new initiatives undertaken by our clients, working with other senior members of the team to ensure exposure to the right expertise 
  • Ensure the right level of resource across all departments is allocated to each piece of business and provide appropriate input, as well as from a strategy, creative and specialist perspective 
  • Lead the cross-sell growth of your accounts in conjunction with the relevant senior team to ensure that the account is maximized 
  • Lead and own relationships with Sales & Marketing Directors and senior Group clients, ensuring they get what they need out of dedicated studio and CS team 

 You will need to be an assured and authoritative presence in client meetings providing an insightful and strategic point-of-view, especially in Marketing Planning meetings

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Leading the dedicated AM team and working with dedicated studio lead across all UK regions  
  • Support in the management of client projects providing strategic insight and cost-effective delivery 
  • Manage the flow of projects with AM and production team through their various stages; creating timelines, schedules, resource planning, managing costs/budgets. 
  • Be able to outline and match up new opportunities with the appropriate solution. 
  • Implementing and managing process. 
  • Challenge the client when necessary, whilst maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring we are always adding value. 
  • Educating the client on best practice and creative excellence across all deliverables. 
  • Help the team to deliver creative work to a high standard 
  • Leading the appropriate F2F meetings with clients across Group and regional teams 
  • Ensuring clients are happy and supported at all times and lead where necessary. 
  • Financial management  

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Experience in managing a team of 3+ direct reports  
  • Property background & residential expertise 
  • Can demonstrate excellent account handling and stakeholder management experience 
  • Playing a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of the account 
  • Willing to travel across the UK for key regional meetings
