The Company:
Welcome to Aetion! Since our debut in 2013, we have grown into one of the country’s leading science-driven technology companies using real-world evidence to provide innovative healthcare solutions.
We achieve this with our Aetion Evidence Platform, a software platform used to evaluate the safety, effectiveness and value of medications, delivering better outcomes to patients, medical professionals and clients. We’ve partnered with top biopharma companies and are backed by leading venture capital firms to help further expand our research and product line.
To continue our mission to transform healthcare, we’re assembling a team of talented individuals who know how to work collaboratively and authentically, to innovate and think transformation, not status quo.
If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
Description:
As a science-driven healthcare analytics company with a rapidly growing customer base, Aetion is looking for experienced commercial analysts and consultants with a scientific background as we expand our Science & Delivery team.
Aetion’s customers are often tasked with pharma pipeline and investment decisions, which involves constructing models to estimate the net present value of an asset; such models require determining assumptions for a wide variety of parameters that affects the likely financial future of a product. The need for expediency in this decision-making process often necessitates use of boiler-plate parameters to inform such assumptions. Analytics of real-world data (RWD) with underlying scientific rigor has the potential to provide parameter estimates of greater relevance and with greater consistency to the customer. For these insights to be relevant for investment decisions, they need to be obtainable on the rapid timelines with which such decisions are typically made. AEP can offer this exact mix of RWD insights with a rapid turnaround.
As the Commercial Analytics Manager you will be a lead individual contributor role. A successful candidate will help Aetion and our customers deliver results through the use of the Aetion Evidence Platform (AEP).
