Sr. HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for partnering with the HRD in implementing best practices to support the achievement of departmental and company goals.
Areas include but are not limited to:
Work with managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters, such as communication, feedback, and recognition of their employees.
Will be responsible for coaching and advising on sensitive performance issues that arise and drive the best solution for the company and employees.
Participate in creating programs that will enhance employee development.
Compensation review for any recommendations from management regarding adjustments and/or promotional considerations. May also work on comp structure which will include career ladders for specific teams.
May help drive process improvement to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness to support the evolving needs of the business.
Understand the overall organization and able to guide employees to the appropriate resources.

Some experience in supporting employees outside of the U.S. Know where to find resources to provide support for our global teams.

Required Experience/skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Solid understanding/experience with human resources, handling employee relations issues, employment law compliance and investigations, employee development.
- Excellent use of HRIS systems; creating reports and analyzing data.
- Experience with interacting with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
- High level of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Salary range in SVBA: $160-180k depending on experience.
