Prepares the machine and scrape area for the service ware and pots.
* Works with other dishwashers and kitchen staff as a team; scraping, racking and washing the service ware, returning it to the established work area.
* Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties including work areas, equipment, and floors.
* Operates dish/pot machines, following the operating instructions, and maintains the equipment’s detergent supply; empties trash cans, replacing liners and returning cans to the department.
* Cleans the machines and floor in preparation for the next shift.
