The Account Manager will be responsible for growing, nurturing, and maintaining AEDIT’s relationships with signed Providers (“clients”). They will be the primary client contact, providing a personal and white-glove client service experience.
The Account Manager will liaise with Providers and their practices to collect professional information; ensure accurate data entry when setting-up their dedicated Provider profile; field questions from Providers and liaise with internal teams to communicate information back to Providers as necessary.
The Account Manager will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to communicate insights from the field and identify opportunities for future business development. The Account Manager will inform the Product team of Provider feedback concerning the client experience with the product.
The Account Manager will lead efforts to document existing processes to help scale the AM team.
Responsibilities

Onboard, educate, and assist the entire portfolio of AEDIT Providers

Maintain existing Provider relationships through recurring check-ins, ensuring happy providers to maximize retention

Identify and pursue business development opportunities (upsells, new/improved features, etc.)

Reiterate value propositions, communicate new feature releases, and demonstrate value through analytics to ensure subscription renewals

Ensure follow-through from Providers on contractual obligations

Follow strict filing system for storing Provider information and keeping it up to date

Establish new processes and cadences for Provider relationship management

Collect Provider feedback and identify and communicate product and service improvement requests with the Product team

Develop a role knowledge-base in the form of documented training materials and information packs to help scale the AM team, updating as necessary

Adhere to HIPAA and similar policies regarding medical advice/sensitive information
About You
Knowledge:

Bachelor's Degree (in Business Administration or similar)
