Office Infrastructure Engineer

We are searching for multiple Office Infrastructure Engineers who will use technical skills to support our teams in troubleshooting and solving office infrastructure related challenges. With a hands-on attitude, you are passionate about helping others and contributing to enhanced productivity of our dynamic workforce.


What you’ll do

  • Use technical and soft skills to diagnose and troubleshoot other people’s IT challenges — from set-up and education of new users, to assisting colleagues with questions and optimize processes;
  • Look for new ways to continuously improve our global IT systems and functionalities;
  • Solve hard technical problems and automate manual tasks;
  • Help roll out new Offices and manage Office IT refurbishment flows;
  • Find different hardware or software solutions to improve and scale the office IT experience;
  • Set up office wired and wireless networks;
  • Rollout and be the go-to contact for any Meeting Room / Video Conferencing issues;
  • Work with remote Office Managers, to create a unified IT experience in every office;
  • Update and maintain stock, ordering hardware and communicating with key teams to provide them with IT equipment.



Who you are

  • You are a flexible team player who is responsible, independent and able to make informed decisions;
  • You have advanced previous IT Support experience;
  • You enjoy working with and supporting UNIX like Operating systems. (MacOS or Linux);
  • Previous System Administrator experience, managing user accounts and groups;
  • You are comfortable using the command line and have basic bash knowledge;
  • You have some previous Audio Visual (AV) experience such as with the Enterprise Logitech Hardware or Cestron/Extron systems;
  • You have experience with Apple Hardware Troubleshooting;
  • You have used tools such as Zoom Admin, Google Workspace and Okta SSO;
  • Deep knowledge of Zoom Admin and Zoom Meeting rooms setups;
  • You are a flexible team player who is responsible, independent and able to make informed decisions;
  • Enjoy working with networking and server configuration;
  • Recognize office hardware needs and predict these by managing hardware order flows;
  • You have some background experience rolling out new offices.



Nice to have skills

  • In Depth scripting knowledge such as Bash, Python or PHP;
  • Experience designing/developing API’s allowing us to tie various systems together;
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS / iPadOS device automation & management tools such as Jamf Pro;
  • Deep knowledge of Zoom Admin and Zoom Meeting rooms setups;
  • Extensive experience setting up and configuring UniFi Wireless Networking hardware and IP based CCTV Camera solutions;
  • Previous experience with Canon Multifunctional (MFD) Printers, CUPS and Papercut.


Soft skills

  • Comfortable to make your own decisions;
  • Logical technical thought process (They start solving a problem at the most obvious basic point that could solve the issue. Example don’t jump to replacing a laptop when someone has a broken keyboard);
  • Confident writing precise but effective documentation;
  • Confident with presentation and onboarding new employees;
  • Enjoy task switching regularly, 70% of our workday is completely varied each day.
