HR Specialist

Adyen is looking for an eager HR Innovations Specialist that can join the HR Team to further drive the international growth of the company. Our aim as a team is to support with the development, management and retaining of our talented Adyen workforce.

As an HR Specialist you will be part of the Global HR Team based in our Amsterdam office where you will be the support for our employees.

What you’ll do:

  • Support full employment lifecycle of an Adyen employee
  • Maintaining personal files, support on immigration 
  • Responsible for the HR data
  • Help manage our HRIS (Workday) and other HR systems
  • Lead the administration of employee benefits (pension, health insurance assistance)
  • Own communications with finance on payroll process and communication
  • Assist with the growth of the team by assisting recruitment and enabling the onboarding of new hires
  • Working closely with every part of the HR Team and close to the business
  • Continuously innovating and automating to further scale Adyen and the HR Department

Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in an international HR environment 
  • Experience with a HRIS, preferable Workday
  • Experience with Immigration is a plus
  • BA/BS degree
  • The ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
