Emerson Street for Teens and Young Adults is an innovative, strengths-based, trauma-informed outpatient setting that pairs both clinical therapeutic services and vocational rehabilitation (education and employment support). We are a multidisciplinary team that assists youth in working toward goals that support mental health and overall well-being. Emerson Street for Teens and Young Adults provides a comprehensive program that offers prevention and early intervention activities as well as clinical, therapeutic, and wraparound services. Clinicians are responsible for maintaining compliance to documentation standards for all work performed. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

- Mental Health Therapist II: $27.08/hr (Master's degree)
- LCSW/LPC/LMFT: $30.91/hr - $31.41/hr
- Licensed Psychologist: $43.94/hr
- LAC differential: $1.00/hr
- Language Differential: $1hr/-$2.50

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, family, caregiver support and/or group psychotherapy along with crisis intervention and case management support to assigned people we serve.
- Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
- Facilitate the coordination of medication/medicinal needs of clients with psychiatric, case management, and medical resources.
- Facilitate the persons we serve and support systems’ growth and development with an emphasis on strengths and resiliency.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in support of the person’s growth and development.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with agency standards.
- Participate in team meetings, in-services and supervisory sessions as required. Coordinate with other members of the treatment team, including supported education, supported employment and psychiatric staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
HOURS:
M-F, 8:00am-5pm (may have option for 4-day workweek, if preferred)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field. Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado or within 6 months after hire date. Psychologists must have a Ph.D., Psy.D, or Ed.D. and licensed to practice psychology in the state of Colorado.
Experience: At least 2 years working with people experiencing significant mental health challenges. At least one year experience working with adolescents and/or young adults preferred.
