As Associate Partner Manager, Platform Services, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of our new partner onboarding. You will work closely with Partner Management, Product Management and Engineering to get key partners from onboarding to a steady-state. You’ll also help guide potential growth opportunities alongside Partner Management to grow and maintain the relationship. You’ll play a vital role in defining AdRoll Groups’ as-a-service experience for partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Project manage the onboarding process across the partner portfolio to accelerate time to first API call
  • Build and improve the onboarding process to help create a positive partner experience from the start
  • Lead partner expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the onboarding process
  • Help inform opportunities to drive product adoption, upsells, and renewals through a deep understanding of partner needs
  • Oversee the success of campaigns by providing recommendations on strategy, performance, troubleshooting, and creative set-up
  • Work closely with Partner Management to deliver compelling presentations and partner enablement trainings
  • Closely collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to help inform product requirements that improve the overall onboarding experience
  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of AdRoll Groups’ services and implementation strategies for a broad range of use cases and partner goals
  • Identify and act on areas for improvement in internal processes and build operational solutions for repeatability and scale

Requirements:

  • You will have a minimum 2-4 years relevant experience in a similar role, which may include: project management, ad operations, campaign strategy, sales, client services and/or customer success
  • Experience in performance marketing through ad operations, campaign strategy, and understanding of ad technologies
  • A passion for driving client satisfaction
  • You are a strong communicator and highly analytical working with multiple stakeholders
  • You're adaptable, receptive to feedback and eager to learn new things
  • You're a team-player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Basic data analytics skills required; SQL a plus
  • Experience in working with APIs a strong plus
  • Ability to travel to partner sites when necessary
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, works independently, and thrives in a fast paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus)
