Adrev (a Downtown Music Holdings company) generates over 2 billion views per month on YouTube and administers the monetization and utilization of 7M copyrights across more than 175 million YouTube videos. Adrev is looking to add a skilled Communications & Digital Marketing Manager to join our Creative and Marketing team. The applicant will need to reside in either CA, NY, TX, AZ, CO or OR (Los Angeles preferred). We have closed our offices for the time being and are fully remote, but the future could provide a shared company office with our other brands in Los Angeles for optional desks.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Social media expertise: accounts management and campaign tracking
  • Implement and manage an integrated strategy across communication channels including newsletters, Instagram, Facebook, and other owned channels.
  • Deliver basic creative content (text, image) within given directions
  • Explore new ways to reach and engage our target buyers via social network presence and newsletters
  • Monthly reporting on marketing data to management, including customer behaviors, market / competitive conditions, industry/economic trends, product performance and campaign performance (Click Through)
  • Assisting, organizing and coordinating collaterals creation 
  • Executing and managing advertising campaigns.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in editing and finalizing outlines for press releases
  • Prior experience with social media management for a high growth organization.
  • An understanding of how to help create and execute marketing content for paid media campaigns
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is a creative thinker with an out-of-the-box mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • A creative storyteller with an understanding of what resonates with the media and engages Adrev's audiences.
  • Ability to switch between projects and deliver end results in a relatively quick & timely manner
  • Attention to detail and awesome time-management skills
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
