At Adonis we’re focused on adding intelligence and automation to the Revenue Cycle Management process. Revenue cycle management is the full process from when a patient makes an appointment through to when all parties are paid. This whole process is typically extremely manual, resulting in practices only collecting 83% of what they’re owed. Through our software, we unify the end-to-end RCM processes into a single, powerful view to enable practices the ability to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.
By the end of 2023, we launched two new product lines and increased revenue 9x as we continue to aim to maximize revenue outcomes that enable healthcare providers to deliver the highest form of clinical care.
We are looking for engineers that are ready to wear many hats and have an influence on how we continue to scale. As a software engineer you will specialize in our ETLs, pipelines, and integrations to centralize the knowledge under one roof. This is an exciting opportunity to work with different stakeholders to maximize how we onboard new customers.
Responsibilities
- Specializes and focuses on our ETLs, data ingestion pipelines, and integrations with external partners.
- Continuously work with the team to improve the core platform to better support future integrations, pipelines, and ETLs.
- The Solutions Engineer will work closely with clients throughout different stages of the implementations process
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Solutions Engineering role
- Familiarity with:
- AWS (Fargate, Lambda, ...)
- Python 3
- Relational Databases
- Monitoring, Alerting, Tracing w/ Datadog
- Github + Git Actions
- Healthcare experience

- Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across engineering and non-engineering teams.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
