What You’ll Do:
- Advise and execute on adMarketplace’s organic and paid social media strategy and management, including efforts to increase engagement, suggestions for new channels/platforms, coordinating with relevant departments/team members, community management, conceptualization, scheduling, and posting.
- Support with the production of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including research, copywriting, scheduling, testing, and data tracking through various marketing automation tools.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, including web, social, and email, to ensure the voice and tone are consistent with adMarketplace’s brand.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis including tracking key metrics, reporting out on key trends, and engagement.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing best practices to boost adMarketplace’s brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends in our space.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or social science field
- Prior experience in: social media management, copywriting, digital marketing, communications.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and management/reporting tools.
- Some experience with Canva, Google Slides, Photoshop, and CMS (Webflow preferred).
It would be nice if you had:
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM
*Compensation Range: $65,000 - $80,000

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
