This is a Remote 1099 Contract Position. Expected to last 6 months minimum

Our work enables agencies to meet the needs of their users while closing the gap between consumer expectations and government.
The Contract Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are receiving timely and appropriate communications with our team. This position serves as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates with a goal of expediting the recruitment process.
All work must be conducted within the U.S.
As a contractor to the federal government, all hires may be required to complete additional background screenings at the time of hire or any time thereafter as requested.
What You'll Do
Acts as point of contact for candidates throughout the full lifecycle of the recruiting process
Acts as liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Evaluates and screens resumes and cover letters
Ensures transparency to candidates through the recruitment process
Builds strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resources best practices
Manages new hire offers and onboarding documentation
Conducts weekly 1:1 meetings with recruiters to consistently improve the candidate experience
Takes part in weekly stand-up meetings with hiring teams
Works closely with the engineers grading homework in the people app to ensure timely grading of homework and resolve any issues
Maintains ownership and accountability of assigned deadlines.
Ensures timely response to any inquiries in the recruitment@adhoc email
Conducts introduction calls to referrals and qualified candidates to level-set expectations
Maintains a high level of positive Glassdoor feedback by continuing to build strong relationships with candidates and employees.
Serves as backup for scheduling needs
This is a contract position and as such does not include benefits
