1. Application Review:
Submit your application for one of the positions below and answer a few short questions. If your application is a fit, our team will reach out to you to get the process started.
2. Take-home Assessment:
We’ll send you a take-home assignment which is designed to test for role-specific skills. This will vary based on the role and may include a timed project or a HackerRank assessment. We aim for these assignments to be completed in 90 minutes or less.
3. Hiring Manager Screen:
After reviewing your solutions, one of our hiring managers will reach out to get to know you and learn about your experience, and you can ask them more questions about the team and the role.
4. Screening Interview:
You'll have a 45 minute technical interview which will vary based on each role. This will test your fundamental knowledge, expertise, and creative thinking.
5. Onsite Interviews:
We invite candidates onsite at our office in San Francisco to spend a day with the team and learn more about what it's like to work at Adept. You may have 3-4 technical/role-specific interviews along with a culture-fit interview.
