Summary

Addressable is seeking an enthusiastic sales development representative to join our small, growing team! As an early engineer, you will be tasked with building features from the ground up. You will evangelize Addressable by generating meetings for new business through inbound calls, outbound cold calls and emails. You will create and prioritize strategic target account lists based on Marketing’s efforts in sending out sample packets to quality prospects and contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our sales team. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working quickly to support our explosive growth. You are passionate about shipping products, you are comfortable learning new technologies, and understanding the tradeoffs associated with fail-fast product development. You are able to quickly understand the business requirements and create a workable product with little oversight.

Job Duties

  • Call and email prospects that have been mailed sample packets by Marketing
  • Qualify prospects over the phone, and schedule meetings for AEs
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for meets held and outreach volume as outlined by the business
  • Update our CRM with effective notes according to the process outlined by the business 
  • Follow up with leads in timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  •  6+ months of full-time corporate sales experience (tech or advertising sales preferred)
  • Experience with Saas products like Hubspot, Notion, Stripe 
  • Experience working with direct mail, charities or the real estate industry are a plus
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary project teams.
