The Role
Addepar is looking for an experienced IT Manager to build and lead a regional team that will handle office systems and enterprise user support for our rapidly growing global corporate environment as part of a follow-the-sun support model, working closely with colleagues around the world.
What You’ll Do
You will help us hire and support a team of dedicated engineers with systems and operational support backgrounds!
You and your team will support Addepar's corporate user devices, SaaS services and cloud-based enterprise IT infrastructure on AWS as well as our local office infrastructure. You'll keep us up and running by helping our employees manage their laptops and mobile devices securely and reliably, keeping their SaaS accounts and privileges in line using Okta, and maintaining our company projects and configurations across those SaaS services.
Who You Are
We are seeking candidates with a successful track record driving IT performance in a rapidly growing technology company. Do you have the following?
- A four-year degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years experience leading IT teams supporting desktops, mobile devices, network, telecom, and audiovisual systems. You have solid experience with Apple systems in a corporate environment using MDM, Jamf, Sentinel One and similar tools, and some experience with Windows equivalents.
- Demonstrable experience in Linux, AWS and cloud-based corporate environments. It would be great if you have experience managing the Atlassian suite, Slack, Okta and Google Workspaces.
- Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development and ability to conduct and direct research into new capabilities and systems.
- Patience in training and mentoring others concerning technical matters!
