In support of this amazing growth, we are thrilled to be adding a Senior Talent Sourcer to the Addepar Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build Product/Engineering/Sales teams by creatively surfacing and engaging premier, diverse talent. Your contribution will be critical to helping Addepar deliver on its objective to increase the positive impact of the world’s capital.

What You’ll Do
- Build repeatable and scalable sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and their impact on the broader business goals
- Perform research to build and share market insights on target companies, candidates, conferences and open source communities
- Identify and screen candidates for role fit and culture add, providing in-depth summaries that will help drive interview and offer decisions
- Apply data-driven recruiting methodology to help influence timely and effective hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools
- Build diverse talent pipelines and complete tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Use reporting tools to track pipeline activity and share with internal partners
Who You Are

- Have a deep understanding of sourcing techniques and tools to identify, engage, and attract passive talent
